We do not usually charge a fee for a subject access request. If your request is excessive i.e. you make repetitive requests or unfounded requests, we may charge a fee to cover administrative costs in responding.

We aim to respond to your subject access requests no later than 30 days. We will provide a complete response including your personal data within 30 days also. If your request is more in-depth, this can take up to a maximum of 60 days from when we receive your request. We will always keep you up to date of the progress of your request.
